I’m most proud of being part of the team which developed a fingerstick blood test to help doctors treat people with atopic or allergic asthma. It measures the levels of a protein called IgE which is often high in people with allergies, and helps the doctors to determine how much of a certain medicine a person might need, based on the amount of that protein in their blood. I’ve put a link to the paper which explains how it works 😃

All the discoveries I’ve made and the chances to work with people working in Nobel prize winning labs 🙂 I am also very proud of all our collaborators who have worked so hard to make a big difference in this world.

Sometimes I run into scientists that I’ve helped and I’m always really excited to see them succeed and happy with how their work is going.
