Question: How did you set up your YouTube channel and what inspired you to set it up?

I loved cooking from a very young age and as I am Indian my family cooked spicy food. I didn’t enjoy spicy food so I had to make my own at times…my mum makes very delicious food and has cooked for 1000s of people at a time especially during weddings back in the days. She is a retired teacher so she inspires me for that. I also have interest in ancient recipes. Our food is a fusion of Indian and Portuguese food as you can see from my name I have a bit of Portuguese origin. It is easy to set up a channel but you have to be motivated. I do the cooking and my wife who is a dentist does the editing so team work 💪 😊
