The number of patients I see and the setting varies from day to day. In addition to direct patient reviews , I also tend to have meeting involving the patient with their carers , relatives , staff and other professionals . I attend meetings with external panels for example Mental Health Tribunal hearings which involve a judge , doctor , lay member as the panel alongside the patient and the appointed solicitor.
