I think at the moment it’s definitely running, I just feel way better physically and mentally after i’ve been for a run. Going to comedy gigs or gaming after that because it’s a bit more relaxing and I can sit down!

Krav maga! Great for staying fit, confidence and being able to defend yourself if it ever came to it. Also it’s just really, really fun 😊

I love playing racquet sports as a hobby. Ping pong would be my favorite, closely followed by badminton. I like playing tennis too but I’m not very good at it. And I’ve never played squash but I imagine it would also be quite fun!

I love to crochet! I have made lots of toys and clothes over the past few years. It’s loads of fun and surprisingly maths-y! I also enjoy exercise so I am frequently at the gym or running/cycling 🙂

I love playing rugby. I’ve played rugby since I was 13 and I’ve met so many great people and been able to travel all over the country and even abroad to play, which is pretty cool!

Kirstie Andrews answered on 20 Mar 2023:
I have three really important things that I turn to when I want to relax- they are my equal favourites and which I do depends on what I need to get out of them.
I love reading- particularly detective novels. This allows me to escape into another world and enjoy solving the puzzles.
I hike and do training sessions on a static bike- this keeps me active and healthy, and gives me some ‘headspace’. I use exercise as a breaker between work and my spare time, and often a solution to a problem comes to me whilst I’m not thinking about it.
When I want to be creative, I bake. I love trying new recipes and weird and wonderful flavours- plus then I get to eat what I make as well! -
