Hello! Thanks for your question! We search so many different things depending on the prescriptions and calls from healthcare professionals we have received that day, and whether any patients have come in to ask anything. So a typical day may include: looking up the dose of a drug on a prescription to check it is safe for that patient (mainly based on their age and the condition for which the drug has been prescribed), doing some research in to a question a patient has asked (e.g. “I am pregnant, can I take ant-histamines?”), and reading about new drugs which have recently come to market.
