My research benefits individuals who are struggling with fertility issues and going through IVF treatment. Also, we can help people with genetic conditions have a baby that does not have the condition by testing some cells from the embryo. We also research conditions such a endometriosis. Hopefully, in future my research will make it easier for these people to have successful pregnancies.

Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. People who sit more and do less physical activity are at risk of some health conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and some cancers. If we can get more people active and healthy and educate them on the importance of this will reduce their risk of health conditions, which could mean we put less pressure on the health service.

We are doing lots of research in children, because developing healthy attitudes when your younger, means your more likely to continue these into adulthood.
