Most of the time when people feel dizzy it is happening in the “vestibular” system. This is the part of the body that deals with the balance – and we actually have a balance organ! The cochlea and the labyrinth are parts of the inner ear and they make up the balance organ. When these two part of the body are not working properly (if you’re unwell, etc) then you feel like your balance is not correct – and you feel dizzy.
