I’ve always loved cooking and baking, and as I learned more science at school, I began to understand better what was going on in my cooking and why some things tasted good, and others tasted bad, or why milk is good when something is very spicy. I thought that was so cool, and I loved that feeling of learning and understanding. That ability to understand and explain things that we see in our every day lives on an atomic level is what really makes me love it!
