• Question: what is it like to be a scientist

      I enjoy being a scientist. I love having the freedom to trial different experiments to answer my question. So currently in the lab I’m looking at making lithium carbonate from geothermal waters and waste waters from the recycling process.

      At times though it can be frustrating, not all your experiments will work. In those cases we have to work out why it hasn’t worked and try again.
