  Great question, the mongooses sleep in abandoned termite mounds. Similar to ant colonies, termites have different rooms in the mounds they build. We haven’t been able to put a camera down a termite mound when the mongooses are sleeping in it, but my gut feel is that they all sleep huddled together in one of the rooms.
