  As I have only been working in the pharmaceutical industry for a year or so, sadly I don’t think I can claim any of the glory for your medicine cabinet.. However if’s very likely that you will have something from GSK in there, in which case there are certainly colleagues of mine that would have worked on it!
  
  It normally takes at least 10 years to get a medicine from the lab to your medicine cabinet, as we have to do loads of tests etc to check it’s safe (and it works!) – so it’s a very long and expensive process!
