I did once do an experiment once where it went wrong and caught fire. It was quite scary, although because I was working in a safe manner the danger was actually quite small. As a result the fire went out after about a minute and no one was hurt.

Not that I can remember. Often quick thinking and working safely with a lab-coat safety glasses or in a fume-hood can help to prevent any major accidents in the lab.

Nope I’m very careful in the lab 🙂 ! Although doing dangerous experiments sounds exciting, actually we try to avoid them, as often there is a safer alternative. There have been some really bad accidents in labs so safety is taken quite seriously.

I’ve done dangerous experiments, but they have never gone wrong. You have to be extra careful because if you aren’t the consequences are very serious!
