  when I left school, I wanted to study chemistry – which is what I started, but then I started a course in biochemistry which linked chemistry to biology and that just got me so fascinated – chemistry as it relates to human beings! what can be more interesting – and then you discover proteins, enzymes, DNA/RNA and diseases and the excitement just continues……..
