      I haven’t worked on anxiety directly, but I am currently working on depression which shares similar symptoms. Depression and anxiety are also influenced by the same genes. Anxiety can also be influenced by things going on around you, such as exams or peer pressure. Everyone feels anxious sometimes, but if you or someone you know are experiencing high levels of anxiety it’s best to talk to someone about it, maybe a teacher or a parent.

      Hello,

      I am investigating the effect of anxiety and moods on general health.
      Anxiety is an emotion associated with a nervous behaviour and it is considered as mental disorder. People can feel physical symptomes such as increased heart rate, “hearing” your heart beat, “feeling” your blood pressure in your whole body and shakiness.
      It is a very invalidating issue for the person suffering from it, like other issues about feelings, diagnosis is quite complexed.
