• Question: which is your favorite star?

      My favourite star is called Betelgeuse. It’s a huge red giant in the constellation of Orion- in fact you can see it now in the evenings. Find Orion, and look in the top left- the star that looks more red than all of the others is Betelgeuse. It’s huge- if it was put where the Sun is it would stretch out to Jupiter! As well as this, it’s at the end of its life and could blow up at any moment. If it does, it will light up the sky, brighter than a full moon, for months!
