• Question: do you think you will be able to make vacination to prevent malaria in the future?

      So there is already a vaccine to malaria that is being tested in Africa, its called RTS. The trouble is its not great, it seams to help protect some people, especially children, and it is by far the best one we have so far.

      So yes, in the future we will create a better one and perhaps we will almost be able to eliminate some type of malaria but it will be very hard. The parasites are always changing and they are very good at hiding (theres a special type called hypnozoites which can hide in your liver for decades before coming back). But I think eventually we will be able to do it.
