• Question: why are you part of the green party?

      Whilst politics seems (and most of the time is) really boring, it is incredibly important. It sets out the rules that we all live by, so that we can all live as happily as possible.

      Climate change is THE problem of our generation. We are at a point where we have done and are doing damage to the environment, but if we act now, the consequences won’t be nearly as bad as they would be if we did nothing.
      The Green Party is the only political party that says the environment is THE most important thing on the planet because it IS the planet. It doesn’t matter how good the economy is, if life cannot exist because the planet is too polluted then the economy is pointless.

      My research is about renewable energy, so this is a problem that I think about a lot, and it makes sense for me to speak up for the thing that I am passionate about 🙂
