Nothing did, I just thought scientific side of criminal investigation would be much cooler. Lawyers don’t get to go to the crime scenes and often don’t get told the full story with details that us scientists get. They only get to review the legal aspects. Plus, there are chances I could have been biased and compromised, depending on which side of the case I was. Prosecution or Defense. I wouldn’t want to lie for criminal or represent one, if you know what I mean. It can get a little ugly, if you see what I mean.
