      I want to save the world. More realistically, I would like to contribute to make our food choices more informed and help shift the current food paradigm.

    What a brilliant question! I don’t think I ever wanted to accomplish anything from science- it’s more that I wanted to know more about how food affects the body. But how awesome would it be if one thing you did in your job could affect someone in a good way? It’d be like whoever invented the smart phone (which I’m now using to talk to you!). How cool would that be?! 😎
