It’d be hard to know for sure, unless you took a sample of your poo and tested it for Salmonella (yeh, no thanks).
Usually, if you get an upset stomach, it’ll be Campylobacter, which is very common and causes mild upsets.
If you get really sick, it could be Salmonella or maybe E.coli, or maybe even norovirus (this virus goes around hospitals a lot and can cause outbreaks).
When I first started in my job, I washed my hands A LOT, and whenever I felt a bit funny, I wondered if I had accidentally eaten some of my experiments 😛
