      around 7am normally

      I wake up when my alarm goes off at 7.30. Then I wake up again when my snooze goes off at 7.40. Etcetera.

      Between 6 and 7, sometimes later if I don’t have early meetings!

      When I was a researcher I woke up at about 8:30 and didn’t go to lab until 10, but stayed until 8 at night most days.
