• Question: what is your favourite in the periodic table? and why?

      It was unununium, but they renamed it 🙁 Cadmium is good because that’s what I’m working on, but the best has to be carbon, because it can form complex molecules (makes life possible!) much easier than with anything else.

      I like helium, because we need it for the weather balloons we use in my research. Unfortunately, there is a worldwide shortage of helium right now…
