• Question: what happens if you touch like for example the most reactive element whilst it is reacting with oxygen

      My guess is that your hand will probably go on fire. Francium is also radioactive, which might also not be good for your hand!

      Nasty burns I would think! Although some of the most reactive elements might have already reacted before your hand got anywhere near it.
