• Question: what are you most proud of in science so far?

      I have developed a computer program which automatically draws a line over the graphs that I get. Doesn’t sound too exciting, but it will hopefully save people in my field loads of work! There are lots of peak shapes which need to be individually identified, which a person has to do (me!). It’s boring and takes forever, but my program does that for you! It still makes some mistakes, but going back and correcting the machine is much easier than doing it from scratch.

      Currently? Finishing my PhD thesis (the book that you write by the end of your PhD where you detail all of the research you’ve carried out).
