Yeah I think so! There’s always stuff that if I look back on in detail I could think ‘eh I should have done better’, like I got worse marks in the GCSEs I did before year 11, and a few other little things, but it’s a good set of results and I can’t really be disappointed in them. My parents are both PE teachers, so maybe PE being one of my weakest marks is not good!
I did the French equivalent, the Brevet des Ecoles. I think I did alright, at that point I was just pleased to be leaving “college” and going to “lycee” where the rules were more relaxed… I can’t remember my grades if I’m honest, the results were never useful for anything because I stayed in school until A-level equivalent. Those grades were important because they affected whether or not I would get into the universities that I wanted.
