• Question: how did you cope with stress?

      I go swimming. It stops me thinking about anything else, and if I go in the evening it tires me out so I can sleep well. Everything seems better when you’ve slept properly!

      Sometimes making a list, and ticking things off (even tiny ones) can help me feel back in control too.
