Do small chunks at a time (I have a very short attention span). Give yourself regular breaks and treats. Try and do a regular amount each day but I think the most important thing is to keep healthy and try not to put too much pressure on yourself.

I also used to break my revision up into small chunks, and then I’d reward myself after I had finished some (with chocolate or a walk etc.). I actually used to find it really helpful to get outside and go for walks during the day – there is a ton of research that suggests that the more time we spend outside in green spaces, like parks, the less stressed we feel.
