Past papers were the best way of revising for me. It gets me in the mindset of an exam, which helps me to concentrate, and helps practise the way things are asked during an exam. Be careful though, because past exams might not entirely cover the topics that might come up.
I used a lot of past papers, too – they helped me get to grips with the ways that examiners asked the questions. I also used to use lots of mind maps and make posters for different revision topics as I’m quite a visual learner. In the end, my parents let me wallpaper over one of my bedroom walls and draw big revision mind-maps on there!
