Not really (according to my friends this makes me strange). Insects are all so different, and have such cool behaviours and shapes and colours, that I’d happily sit and watch them for hours. Plus, there are whole aspects of insect behaviour that you can only really discover when you sit down and watch them for a while, like pollination. The only way to tell if an insect is a pollinator is to sit and watch whether it moves pollen from one flower to another, again and again, repeatedly. I admit, it probably sounds boring, but you get kind of absorbed into it after a while.
