Yes I do. I still find it amazing that we can measure things so tiny as an atomic nucleus, and that we are measuring fundamental properties of the universe!
I’ve surprised myself in that I’ve found the statistics that I need to do to be very interesting as well. There was one guy in the early 20th century who discovered a lot of the statistics that I use, and loads of other important contributions to science, like huge steps forward in genetics. Sadly, he was not a very nice man, and got into statistics so he could scientifically prove that some groups of people are better than others. He never managed that one!
