• Question: Do you get to taste/sample the food before you do your tests :-)

      Yes, before I start testing them I get a mini sample of the flavour. Then, I first start doing some physical tests on them to see if they are mixed in properly and checking the sugar contents in them for example. Finally, if everything is all good to go… I set them up for taste, aroma and appearance!
      It sounds quite easy, but it gets interesting when some of the flavours are not made correctly… and I have to investigate.

      Hahhaha, I don’t. If I tasted the food (like sugar) that I do experiments with I might get kicked out of my laboratory. Can’t really taste things if there are dangerous chemicals around as well. 😉
