@dee we have dreams to process our thoughts and emotions. It is very healthy to have dreams – a way of your brain to unwind and relax after a hard day. Nightmares are generally thought to be dreams as a result of something bothering you – perhaps you are anxious or have an unresolved problem. Recurring dreams tend to mean there is something in your thoughts that needs to be dealt with. Perhaps by talking problems through with a trained professional.
