  @859frcc45 HCN is supposed to smell of almonds – although I have never smelt it myself….. and don’t particularly want to! Some people can’t smell it at all. But one thing’s for sure – it is extremely poisonous…

  As Lidunka says, it’s famously said to smell like almonds, at least in weaker concentrations that don’t poison people!
