Hi there 🙂 That’s an interesting question. When the Big Bang happened it was a point where we went from there not being any space or time or universe or anything (basically nothing) to a point where the universe was very very very hot and all very close together (very dense) and then this expanded outwards very very quickly and it’s still expanding – so the Big Bang is a name for the origin of the Universe.
The Earth formed a very long time after the start of the Universe, so the Big Bang wont have broken pieces off of the earth. There is a theory that the moon was once part of the earth, but broke off an incredibly long time ago, before there was life, because the earth hit something else planet-sized. So there probably have been times when bits have been broken off of the earth, but not by the Big Bang 🙂
