      Every man might say something different, but several things seem to crop up again and again. Many non-physical things are sexy, including kindness, honesty, and being faithful. Sexy physical things include being young (female attractiveness peaks at about 17-21 then declines with age), having feminine features, wide hips, smooth skin, big eyes. These physical things are probably signs that the woman is healthy and can bear healthy children.
