Good question, I do not know the anwser exactly. I think it is as little as a few 100,000 years ago when the first modern type of man has first been identified.

If we look at the physical appearance of humans, then about 200,000 years ago we see the first anatomically modern humans. If one were to walk past you on the street today, you would probably not even notice.
