Question: Can men reproduce in our lifetime?

No, because there is no reason this would need to evolve. I guess you mean could men actually have the babies with this question. Technically the only purpose for men is to reproduce, they are basically walking sperm donors when it comes right down to it! The reason we have two sexes is that this allows the sharing of genes among a population, which is one of the things that allows evolution to take place.
