      Hi, great question!

I got into MND because when I was choosing what project to do as part of my masters degree, the one on MND seemed like the most interesting one by far! I’d also heard my dad talk about it quite a lot, and when he ran his marathon he was raising money for MND, which made me curious as to what it was.

Luckily for me when I started my project my supervisor told me that he had a PhD opportunity to study MND, so I jumped at the chance because I found it so interesting!
