      I’d love to understand why some cancers are so much harder to treat than others. Why a drug will work to stop one cancer but have no effect on another – that’s fascinating and I’d love to understand that.

      What was going on just before the Big Bang – nobody has even the vaguest idea. Knowing that would (presumably) open up a whole new way of looking at the universe and physics.
