Great question. So to get to where I am now I did science subjects for my A levels (Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Physics) then I spent four years at University doing a degree in biochemistry (the chemistry of living things) and now I’m a year into my PhD to become a doctor of science.

Hey, I’ve spent 4 years for my first degree at University. It’s a year longer in Scotland than it is in England. Then I’ve spent another year doing a Master’s and specialising further and now I’m in my second year of PhD.
