  Every experiment we do is teaching us something that we never knew before. As for big breakthroughs, my research is definitely showing something that no one else has seen before so that’s quite cool.

  I agree with Alex – each experiment is bringing us a little bit closer by teaching us what we didn’t already know!

  Well, a real breakthrough, no. Nobody makes many of those and the older you get the harder it gets to have really original ideas. Anyway, I still keep on doing research and people read my papers and use some of my results.
