      Absolutely! Our blood vessels supply the entire body with oxygenated blood (our cells need oxygen to survive), so if we don’t have enough blood vessels we won’t be able to get oxygen to all of our cells, so they die. It’s more likely that organs will just not fully develop if they don’t have a good blood supply.
