Its difficult to say what is the easiest to kill but many (and most) invading microbes are easily destroyed by our bodies natural immune system without us even noticing.
Our immune system is really good at handling most things that come to us! In most cases, our immune system will be better than medication.
In terms of what it’s easiest to kill with medicine, it would probably be some kind of bacteria that is still susceptible to antibiotics. For example, the bacterial infections that cause tonsillitis (the infection at the back of your throat where two balls appear and look kind of crusty) usually take between one and two weeks of antibiotics to cure. But, a lot of bacteria are becoming resistant to antibiotics, so this might not be the case forever! Soon we might find it very difficult to kill any germs.
