      Fantastic question scarlettsassy!
Your kidneys are very clever! They are able to clean your blood and get rid of all the waste by producing urine (or pee!). Think of them like big sieves or car washes for you blood. The blood goes in one tube and the bad stuff is pushed through lots of tiny little sieves into another set of tubes. The now clean blood can continue on to the rest of your body with everything nasty away and the waste (pee) continues down the other set of tubes until it gets to your bladder and waits there until you are ready to go to the toilet.
You have two kidneys, but can survive with just one!
