Question: Does your whole family like science as well?

My dad is a tree surgeon and my mum is a nurse, so niether of my parents are research scientists, although there is definitely a lot of science that comes into both of their jobs.
My parents and one of my sisters are definitely interested in science and seem interested (or at least are good at pretending to be interested) when I talk to them about my work.
Having said this, I think that if somebody likes science and wants to be a scientist, it shouldn’t matter too much whether your family like science or not- just do whatever makes you happy!
