• Question: why do some food contain more oil than others?

      Oil is a fat that is liquid at room temperature.

      So, if food is very oily then it has a high fat content (note, not all fats are bad, so this can be a good thing i.e. oily fish).

      In processed foods (like pizza), oil is added to make the food look more appealing.
