      It depends what you mean. If you mean by volume, then caesium-55 is the largest. The 55 after the name is the atomic number: the number of protons in the nucleus (or electrons that orbit the nucleus). If you are talking about mass then it is livermorium-293. There are a few heavier elements, but evidence for them being created in the lab is still a bit sketchy.
