• Question: How do blind people read signs that have dots on if they can only see black and white??????

      I’m not sure what you are asking here… Blind people can learn to read Braille (the dots kicking about on signs and stuff), and some people as partially sighted so can still see somethings but not others (i.e. only able to use periferal vision etc).

      Ooo, also, some blind people, depending on how they became blind, have “Blind sight”, which is where they cannot see anything through their eyes, but they respond to things like a light being flashed or a ball moving towards them!
