      Flash Freezing is when you freeze something really quickly either by dropping it into Liquid nitrogen (-195 degrees) or by reducing it to cryogenic temperatures (less than -150 degrees) another way.

      If you wanted to do something similar at home try this one out, it’s not technically flash freezing but it is cool! (pun intended)
