Question: have their ever been times were you are so under pressure that you feel like giving up because it has been to hard or you have struggled to much ?
Without a doubt. I had some really stressful months during my last couple of years of university. At points I genuinely considered dropping out and finding a different way to my goals – but I found the right things to keep me motivated and managed to push through. And I am so incredibly happy that I did!
There’s no shame in needing to take breaks for your mental health, or getting support from people who care about you. That’s something which is always worth remembering in any field!
This year at work has been really tough and has been a struggle to get through some of our work. Last year was a complete contrast and was probably the best year of my career. There are always peaks and troughs that come with any line of work.
Its important to talk about things if you feel under pressure. There is always someone around who will listen and sometimes just telling someone makes the world of difference.
